Abundant red cherry, plum and vibrant berry fruits combine in this joyful, bright and incredibly juicy red; medium-bodied with beautifully ripe and light tannins and touch of spice on the finish.
Funkstille Zweigelt is a bright and cheerful representation of this classic Austrian grape. When taste testing, we found it very bright, fruity and easy drinking. It's definitely not a serious wine, unless you were wanting serious fun with friends and family around the barbecue. Try with sticky ribs or lamb chops. I'd even try it with leftover turkey! Delicious chilled too, so a very versatile quaffer.
