Raats Red Jasper, Western Cape 2023

Raats Red Jasper is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Malbec and more which results in an exceptionally intense and complex wine with aromas of blackberry, black cherry and bramble that reminds you of walking through a forest in August, as well as inviting hints of dark chocolate and tobacco. It's concentrated, balanced and the tannins are fine-grained and velvety. The finish lingers with hints of fresh mint and cinnamon. Deliciously autumnal.
