If you love Primitivo as much as we do then look no further. Hedonistic, opulent and rich - this full-bodied wine is bursting with ripe fruit flavours and a layer of spice. Delicious!

The chalky white soils give Giravolta bags of ripe cherry and bramble fruit, alongside fine tannins, vanilla and spice from oak ageing.

This wine pours a deep ruby colour and offers a wide, complex aromatic profile — ripe dark fruits like prune, cherry jam and blackberry compote, spiced notes of cinnamon and clove, and subtle hints of tobacco, cedar, cocoa and vanilla from oak ageing. On the palate it’s full-bodied and velvety, with rich fruit, smooth tannins and a long, expressive finish that balances warmth and structure.

A densely flavoured and fleshy wine with hints of prunes and chocolate covered black cherry combined with fresh herbs, quite delicious.

A top notch Primitivo Riserva from Masca del Tacco, with structure, elegance and fantastic drinkability.
